Refund Policy

Overview:
This document outlines the refund policy for BROW INDUSTRIES LLC, a facilities services company providing janitorial, cleaning, landscaping and grounds maintenance services in California, United States.

We do our best to perform the highest quality work we have to offer and that is guaranteed but if there are any concerns about the work that is completed or a refund is requested we require the following before considering a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • For standard services (cleaning, landscaping etc.), no refunds will be provided once the services have been completed.
  • For large projects or ongoing service contracts, a full refund of amounts paid may be provided within 30 days of signing the contract if the customer cancels prior to any work commencing. After work has commenced, refunds will not be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to be credited to the customer’s account.
  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing to BROW INDUSTRIES LLC. Verbal requests will not be honored.
  • BROW INDUSTRIES LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it believes the customer’s needs were adequately met or if the request is not made in good faith.

By Accepting the work and providing a payment for the services, you accept to the terms above.
